Below are answers to the most common questions about becoming a certified AURA analyst.

Who is it for?

The AURA Radiant™ is for internal culture leaders, external consultants, coaches, and change-makers who want to guide others using the AURA Framework™. If you're already fluent in people, process, and possibility — this was made for you. 

What is it?

A soulfully strategic certification in the AURA methodology — including the Cultural Alignment Theory, assessment tools (Flicker, Glow, Fire and Halo), and practice-based application. You'll walk away with the tools and presence to lead real, rooted transformation. 

Where & How?

The certification is delivered virtually via a blend of self-paced content, live group sessions, and a guided practicum with feedback. You'll also gain access to a private community of certified AURA analysts.

How long does it take?

The full experience unfolds over 6 weeks, with lifetime access to resources and the option for annual renewal. 

Is there a practicum?

Yes.  The practicum is a core part of your certification. It gives you guided, real-world experience applying the AURA Framework™, so you don’t just learn the theory ... you embody it. 

What’s the outcome?

Upon completion, you’ll earn the title of Certified AURA Analyst — including a digital badge, client-ready toolkit, and the official AURA ™ certificate (yes, it glows a little).   


More on the practicum ...

Option A: Real-Life Application

  •  The learner chooses a real team (internal or client-based).
  •  They deploy a Glow or Flicker assessment. 
  • Submit a short analysis of results with recommendations. 
  • Attend a 1:1 feedback session with Learnify or submit a recorded walkthrough.

Option B: Case-Based Simulation

  •   You provide a fictional organization profile (culture, risks, etc.). 
  • The learner conducts a mock Glow analysis or culture alignment review. 
  • They submit a strategy summary (or record a Loom-style analysis). 

Measuring the practicum

  • Alignment with Core AURA Values – You’ll be assessed on how well your approach embodies the 4 AURA pillars: Usage, Risk, Rhythm, and Reach.
     
  • Live Debrief with a Certified AURA Guide – A 1:1 session to discuss your project, receive feedback, and confirm your readiness for certification.
